JILPT Comparative Labor Law Seminar 2004 (March 9–10)
The Mechanism for Establishing and Changing Terms and Conditions of Employment / The Scope of Labor Law and the Notion of Employees
JILPT holds a biennial Comparative Labor Law Seminar, with the aim of having cross-national discussion and comparative analyses on critical issues in the field of labor law, by inviting researchers from abroad. The 7th Seminar consisted of two themes, namely:
Part I "The Mechanism for Establishing and Changing Terms and Conditions of Employment"
Part II "The Scope of Labor Law and the Notion of Employees"
