JILPT holds a biennial Comparative Labor Law Seminar, with the aim of having cross-national discussion and comparative analyses on critical issues in the field of labor law, by inviting researchers from abroad. This year the 12th Seminar was held with the theme of "Protection of Employees' Personal Information and Privacy"
