What is the Japan Institute for Labour Policy and Training? 

The Japan Institute for Labour Policy and Training (JILPT) is an incorporated administrative agency under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), established in October 2003 through the merger of the Japan Institute for Labour (JIL) and the Labour Training Institute (of former Ministry of Labour).
