JILPT holds a biennial Comparative Labor Law Seminar, with the aim of having cross-national discussion and comparative analyses on critical issues in the field of labor law, by inviting researchers from abroad. This year the 11th Seminar was held with the theme of "System of Employee Representation at the Enterprise."
