Q2: Where do we need to report when we establish a new office?
A2:

When an office is newly established, it is necessary to submit a report to each supervising government office for conducting business operations.
In the case of employment of a new worker, it is necessary to provide work rules stipulating time to start and finish work, decisions on wages, method of payment, various kinds of allowances, bonuses and retirement to a labor standards inspection office nearby.
In the case of establishing an office to pay wage, it is necessary to submit a report to a tax revenue office nearby. Concerning social insurance, it is necessary to submit a report on health insurance and employees' pension plans for a newly employed worker to a social insurance office and submit a report on unemployment insurance to a public employment security office.
