Q10: What are the provisions of the Equal Employment Opportunity Law?
A10:

The Equal Employment Opportunity Law prohibits gender discrimination in recruitment, hiring, placement, and promotion. "Women only" policies for the purpose of maintaining actual equality between men and women do not violate the law, but "women only" policies for other purposes constitute a violation.
